We are collaborating with specialists due to the Contractor Agreement as a Full-time independent contractor or self-employed. We use Deel as payroll and compliance provider. Deel is the all-in-one HR platform for global teams. Deel partners with banks and best-in-class payment providers so that you can easily access your balance from anywhere in the world.
As a fully remote team, we respect timezones and priorities of all of our team members. We are using UTC (GMT) as a reference. Mostly our team members are located in the UK, European Union and Eastern Europe. That's why we are focusing on growing our team across this locations.
We use Slack, Google Meet to hold regular team catch ups and company meetings. For Async Communication we use Loom, easily recording short video tutorials or explainers.
We take a distributed approach to working at Hint. This means that predominantly, our team works from home. However, some team members live in one country and have an opportunity to spend time together.
