Access is contingent upon active subscription status and terminates immediately upon cancellation.

Regional Pricing: Prices may be displayed in your local currency. Your exact price will be clearly shown during the sign-up process. Final rates vary based on local sales tax and VAT requirements, regional pricing adjustments, currency conversion rates, geographic market conditions, purchasing power parity, current promotions, and seasonal offerings. You will be charged the exact amount shown during your sign-up. No hidden fees or additional charges will be added after sign-up.

7.5 Refund Payment Methods

All refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be processed to alternative payment methods or accounts. Arbitration Proceedings:

Cost Allocation:
- Filing fees shared equally.
- Each party bears its own legal costs.
- Arbitrator fees split unless otherwise awarded.
- Travel expenses are the responsibility of each party.
- Document production costs are borne by the producing party.

By agreeing to these terms, you explicitly waive:

This waiver means:

No class-wide relief.

15. Service Modifications

Hint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services, with or without notice, subject to the notice requirements detailed below.

15.2 Types of Changes

Platform Updates: Addition or removal of features, psychic reading service enhancements, astrological calculation algorithm updates, user interface improvements, performance optimizations, security enhancements, technical requirement updates, and infrastructure modifications.

Content Changes: Psychic reading methodologies, astrological interpretation methods, prediction algorithms, report formats and content, expert consultation features, educational resources, and compatibility analysis systems.

15.3 Notice Requirements
